Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sonic Drive Studio’s website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About Our Services

Sonic Drive Studio creates and sells digital audio products including:

  • Guitar cabinet impulse responses (IRs)
  • Amplifier captures
  • Related audio processing files

All products are delivered as digital downloads.

Purchasing and Payment

Orders

  • All purchases are final upon payment confirmation
  • Products are delivered via email download links
  • You must provide accurate contact information

Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Snipcart
  • We accept major credit cards and PayPal

No Refunds Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales are final - no refunds, returns, or exchanges
  • Download links are provided immediately upon purchase
  • Products cannot be “returned” once downloaded
  • Ensure compatibility with your equipment before purchasing

Digital Product License

What You Can Do

  • Use purchased products in your personal and commercial music production
  • Incorporate into your original recordings and performances
  • Process and modify files for your creative projects
  • Use in final mixed and mastered recordings where individual elements cannot be extracted

What You CANNOT Do - Strict Prohibition

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for sharing in any form:

  • Never share, distribute, or transfer the raw files
  • Never upload to any cloud service, sample library, or sharing platform
  • Never include in remix stems, multitracks, or project files shared with others
  • Never resell, rent, or monetize the files separately from your finished music
  • Never reverse engineer or attempt to recreate our capture processes
  • Never use in AI training or machine learning datasets

Collaboration & Band Use

  • Each band member must purchase their own license to use the products
  • Each studio/producer working on your project must have their own license
  • You may not share project files containing our raw products with collaborators
  • Only the final mixed result may be shared, where our products cannot be isolated

Enforcement

  • Violation results in immediate license termination and potential legal action
  • No warnings given - sharing equals permanent ban from all future purchases
  • All products remain the intellectual property of Sonic Drive Studio
  • Unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when making purchases
  • Use products only as licensed
  • Respect our intellectual property rights
  • Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Website Usage

Prohibited Activities

  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage our website
  • Using automated tools to scrape content
  • Posting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Account Security

  • Keep your account information secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You’re responsible for all activity under your account

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, product names, and branding are protected by copyright and trademark laws
  • Our audio products are original creations protected by intellectual property rights
  • User-generated content (reviews, comments) may be used by us for promotional purposes

Technical Support

What We Provide

  • Help with download and technical issues
  • General guidance on product usage
  • Responses to product-related questions

What We Don’t Provide

  • Personal music production tutorials
  • Technical support for third-party software
  • Equipment troubleshooting unrelated to our products

Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: We provide products “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from product use
  • Compatibility issues with your equipment or software
  • Loss of data or files
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Sonic Drive Studio from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of our products
  • Violation of these terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law and the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts with jurisdiction in the Netherlands.

Our Approach

We operate a straightforward business:

  • We create quality audio products
  • You purchase a license to use them in your music
  • No sharing, no exceptions, no complications

Resolution Process

  1. Contact us first - Most issues can be resolved quickly
  2. Dutch mediation if direct resolution fails
  3. Dutch arbitration as binding alternative
  4. Dutch courts only as final resort

All proceedings will be conducted in Dutch or English at our discretion.

Modifications

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Termination

We may terminate your access to our services for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Legal requirements

Upon termination, your license to use our products expires, but this doesn’t affect products already properly downloaded and used.
